Is the pump included?

Yes. Included with all TopAire orders is the patented Lightning Fast Express Pump.

Will TopAire sleep hot?
Expert Answer:
No. Sleeping on air is significantly cooler than sleeping on a memory, latex or gel foam mattress topper.

Will TopAire move and slide off of my bed like a traditional topper?
Expert Answer:
No. With the use of a mattress pad and fitted sheet, TopAire will be held firmly in place.

What sizes do you offer?

Will my sheets work with TopAire?

TopAire is compatible with traditional fitted sheets.

Will I feel my partner move on the other side of the bed?
Expert Answer:
The motion transfer is virtually imperceptible as the air chambers are complete separate on each side of the mattress, while having a buffer chamber in between each of the chambers. This allows you to have restful undisturbed sleep with two people in the bed.

Is there a gap in the middle of the topper?
Expert Answer:
No. TopAire uses an air-filled center chamber that supports the center of the bed to prevent dips and folding.

How do I fill the TopAire?
Expert Answer:
Simply unscrew the fill cap and lock the Express Pump in to begin filling. To deflate entirely, the Express Pump’s top, lock in nozzle will deflate the topper when turned on.

Is TopAire crinkly and loud to move on like an air bed?
Expert Answer:
No. The Polar Fleece cover generates hardly any noise at all.

How often do I need to add air?
Expert Answer:
The TopAire Topper is made with Polyfushion fabric which holds air in tight. Once you have it set to your preference level you should only need to add air a few times a year.

What is the best way to set it up?
Expert Answer:
We recommend you place the TopAire Topper directly on top of your mattress and then use a light weight fiber filled mattress pad with elastic sides over it and place your sheets over that.
